Submission Guidelines and Information for Authors

We are delighted that you are considering submitting your work to our journals. Please follow these comprehensive guidelines to ensure your submission adheres to our standards and facilitates a smooth review process.

1. Manuscript Preparation

1.1 General Formatting

  • File Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

  • Open Format Submission: We offer the opportunity for open or flexible format submissions, allowing authors to submit their work in a format that suits their preferences. While we have no strict formatting requirements, ensuring clarity and readability is essential.

1.2 Title Page

  • Title: The title should be concise and informative.

  • Authors: List all authors' full names, institutional affiliations, and email addresses.

  • Corresponding Author: Clearly indicate the corresponding author with an asterisk (*).

1.3 Abstract and Keywords

  • Abstract: Provide a structured abstract of up to 250 words, summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

  • Keywords: Include 4-6 keywords for indexing purposes.

1.4 Main Body

  • Introduction: Present the background, objectives, and significance of the research.

  • Methods: Describe the research design, methods, and analytical procedures in detail.

  • Results: Report the findings with appropriate use of tables and figures.

  • Discussion: Interpret the results, highlighting their implications and limitations.

  • Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.

1.5 References

  • Citation Style: Use APA style for in-text citations and the reference list.

  • Reference List: Include all cited works at the end of the manuscript in alphabetical order.

1.6 Tables and Figures

  • Tables: Number tables consecutively and include titles above the tables.

  • Figures: Number figures consecutively and include captions below the figures.

  • Quality: Ensure all tables and figures are clear and of high resolution.

2. Peer Review Process

2.1 Initial Review

  • Editor Screening: The submitted manuscript will undergo an initial review by the editorial team to check for adherence to submission guidelines and relevance to the journal’s scope.

2.2 Peer Review

  • Review Type: The journal employs a double-blind peer review process.

  • Reviewer Assignment: Manuscripts deemed suitable will be sent to at least two independent reviewers.

  • Review Duration: The peer review process typically takes 2-3 weeks on a fast-track basis.

2.3 Revision and Resubmission

  • Decision Types: Based on the reviewers’ feedback, the manuscript will receive one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject.

  • Revision Submission: Authors must submit revised manuscripts within the specified time frame, addressing all reviewers’ comments.

3. Post-Acceptance

3.1 Proofreading

  • Authors will receive galley proofs for final proofreading. Corrections should be limited to typographical errors and essential changes.

3.2 Publication

  • Online Publication: Accepted articles will be published online in continuous mode.

  • Issue Compilation: Articles will be compiled into 6 issues annually.

4. Ethical Considerations

4.1 Originality and Plagiarism

  • Submissions must be original work, not published elsewhere, and free from plagiarism.

  • Plagiarism should be less than 10% 

4.2 Conflicts of Interest

  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

4.3 Ethical Approval

  • For studies involving human participants or animals, provide a statement of ethical approval.
